Using only the freshest ingredients, these are prepared 라고 순서를 바꿔도 해석에 차이가 없는 것처럼 using~ 과 these~는 각각 분사구문, 주절로 두개의 문장으로 나누어 생각하셔도 좋을 것 같습니당
